The meeting ends and the tasks are already on everyone’s calendar
A new tool puts the note, the due date and the time to focus in the same team folder; the written decision becomes a task with an owner and a date, and nobody copies anything from one place to another.
Every small team knows the scene: the meeting ends well, everyone agrees, and by Thursday nobody remembers who said they’d do what. The decision lived in a document, the task list in another app and the conversation in a third.
Oito starts with the note. The team writes together, at the same time, seeing who is there. When a sentence turns into a commitment — “Bia finishes the page copy by Thursday” — it becomes a task inside the note itself, with an assignee and a due date.
“Write the date at the end, like ‘friday 3pm’, and it becomes a due date.”
From then on, the task shows up on its own in “Today” and “My week” for whoever owns it, next to the tasks from every other folder and the scheduled meetings.
When it’s time to get it done, each folder has its own focus room: the timer is the same for everyone, and notifications wait until focus is over.
